Brain Supplement Drink
Late middle-age and elderly (> 50 years old) people in China and Hong Kong represent a significantportion of our population. Due to exposure to city environmental elements, stresses and other deposited factors (e.g. genetic factors), they are at risk of suffering mild cognitive declines and memory loss (dementia).Similarly, middle age and elderly are at risk of suffering fromtraumatic brain injury (TBI), stroke, or cardiac arrest and their associated cognitive decline. The prevalence of dementia in China was estimated to be 5.0 to 7.7% for people aged 60 years or older. Incident cases of stroke in China was 3.9 million, of whom 2.8 million were ischemic stroke, 0.9 million were hemorrhagic stroke. Annual incident cases of stroke in China was 3.9 million, of whom 2.8 million were ischemic stroke, while 0.9 million were hemorrhagic stroke. In addition, based on China's population of 1.3 billion, the average annual number of TBI -mortality in China is 3-4 million and a projected 14-20 million / year with non-fatal TBI or concussion.
Currently there are no disease-modifying drugs approved by the National Medical Products Administration (China) or the FDA (US) to treat acute brain injury or dementia and cognitive decline.
Thus we articulate adisruptiveapproach to use evidence-based combination of safe, synergisticneuroprotective and neurorestorative components into two specially formulated liquid supplement can fill the void of unmet Consumer Health Care need for those who suffer from TBI/concussion, or other types of brain injuries (e.g. stroke), dementia or cognitive decline.
Principle: Our team had performed deep data mining of both clinical and preclinical literature and evidence, we identified that both aging-linked or brain-injury induced brain functional or cognitive deficits.
Acuteneuroinjuryphase: In acute brain injury (TBI / concussion, stroke or cardiac arrest) happens instantaneously – thus, the detrimental cellular and biochemical processes also occur very quickly. Thus if a combination of neuroprotectants is ideally given shortly after brain injury event occurs.
Neuroshield® is creatively formulated to provide maximal multi-mechanism-based pre-injury neuroprotection. It focuses on several areas of vulnerability: formation of reactive oxygen species/oxidative stress,neuroinjury/neurodegeneration, mitochondrialdysfunction, neuroinflammation and reduce the depression and anxiety of post COVID-19 patients.
Neurorestorative phase: The brain has a certain resiliency and ability to restore and regenerate – (as demonstrated by the practice of neurorehabilitation and physical therapy). However, unassisted neurorestoration might be suboptimal and limited, thus it can be further facilitated to reach its maximal potential.
Again, data mining and systematic analysis point to several mechanisms that prevent neurorestoration. They include brain cell membrane damage, neuroinflammation, limited neurostemcell activation and mitochondrial dysfunction.
Neurorestore® is formulated to provide synergistic multi-mechanism-based neurorestoration and neuroregeneration after brain injury.

Concept
Competitive sport athletes (colligate, regional, Olympic team participation, and professional sport), requires an optimal training regiment (intensity, duration), optimal test, recovery to avoid training
There is no 2 athletes have identical training stress tolerance and recovery speed etc. thus the concept of “precision training”
Our scientist identified that skeletal muscle –specific proteins such as myoglobin or troponin (muscle biomarkers)
There are two versions of such skeletal muscle training optimizer test
a) The test can be self –administrated. The test’s run around time is < 30min. The read out can be semi-quantitative to quantitative
b) For organized sport (team trainer can collect such capillary blood for all team members after a training session. These dry plasma samples can be sent to recognized medical lab and analyzed in batch mode in 96-well format ELISA. Such results can have turnaround time within 24 hours. These test setting will yield results that are highly sensitive precise and quantitative.
